Pursuant to Rule 68 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, defendants
Association for Computing Machinery and SIGGRAPH hereby offer to allow 
judgment to be taken against them in favor of Yoshiyuki Abe, plaintiff, 
for a sum including costs and attorneys' fees, now accrued, of 
$20,000.00.


    ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED

    1. That defendants pay to plaintiff $20,000.00 including costs and 
       attorneys' fees;

    2. That defendants, their officers, agents, servants, employees, 
       attorneys of any of them, and all persons acting in cncert or 
       participation with defendants, or with any of the foregoing, 
       be and hereby be permanently enjoined from using the image
       "Vibrant Drive;"

    3. That defendants destroy all copies containing the image "Vibrant
       Drive."
